Our aim is that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from our online store. In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our products, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost from and to GFURN – no questions asked. Any free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your refund. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned items, but we will deduct our actual shipping costs. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. Item must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled and complete with any accessories.
If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged and taken off the total refund.
Warranty
Gfurn warrants all goods for a period of twelve (12) months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Gfurn’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage arising from abnormal use, abuse or negligence
Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
Any indirect or consequential loss
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. To the extent committed by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. All goods subject to warranties must be returned to us in original packaging for inspection and assessment at your cost.
