My Story
Hello, my name is Natalie Hartman, and I am the owner of Morphe Home Staging & Design. We are a luxury home staging and design company that specializes in home transformations using unique and creative ideas for interior and exterior spaces. We service the Houston, Katy, Cypress, Spring, Woodlands, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and surrounding areas of Texas.
I am dually certified in home staging and a member of the only accredited home staging program, the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®). I began my education in home staging through the nationally recognized Staging Diva program and continued my training by becoming Home Staging Resource (HSR) certified in staging, redesign, and vacation (Airbnb) rental design.
As a young girl, I unknowingly began preparing for a career in design. Without unlimited resources at my disposal, I learned to think creatively about what I had from rearranging my bedroom and other areas of my family home over and over again, flipping through design magazines, and paying more attention to the architecture and layout of rooms than the storylines of television shows. Space, proportion, and flow have always felt intuitive to me.
Over time, I realized I have a strong eidetic memory and imagery, along with the rare ability to mentally visualize finished spaces almost instantly. I can “see” a completed room before the first piece of furniture has even been moved. That natural spatial awareness became the foundation of both my staging and interior design work.
Before launching Morphe, I spent many years in the medical industry working alongside plastic surgeons, first in the operating room and later in patient education and sales. That experience continues to shape how I serve my clients today: through education, trust, and clear communication. I understand that my clients are making significant investments, and they deserve to be guided with confidence, integrity, and transparency.
In 2019, encouraged by family and friends, I pursued my dream and launched Morphe Home Staging & Design. What began as a solo venture quickly grew into a purpose-driven company built on strategy, integrity, and elevated design. From the beginning, I was intentional about doing things differently, creating realistic timelines, honest pricing, accountability, and always following through on my commitments.
It has not been a smooth journey. Building a business without formal business training meant learning design, pricing, marketing, operations, financial management, and leadership all at once. COVID brought early uncertainty. Growth required hiring, delegating, and building systems and structure in real time. Every season, especially the challenging ones, refined both the company and my leadership.
Today, Morphe is known throughout the greater Houston area for creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and strategic. Homes that tell a story. Spaces that connect emotionally. Properties that photograph beautifully and sell with intention.
What began as a passion has grown into a thriving staging and interior design firm serving homeowners, realtors, investors, and builders. Supported by a talented team and guided by my vision, Morphe continues to operate on the principles it was built upon:

Rachel C./Staging & Design Director
Meet Rachel, our Staging & Design Assistant Director at Morphe Home Staging & Design. With over a decade of experience driven by a deep passion for design, Rachel brings both creative vision and strong leadership to our team. Throughout her career, she has been involved in a variety of personal ventures and entrepreneurial start-ups, refining her ability to take ideas from concept to reality with clarity, precision, and purpose.
Originally from New Zealand, Rachel’s journey has been truly global. She has lived and worked across Australia and several parts of Asia, gaining exposure to a wide range of cultures, design influences, and architectural styles. Along the way, she balanced her professional growth with raising her family, expanding her skill set into web design, and ultimately uncovering her true calling in interior design and staging.
Now based in Katy, Texas, Rachel plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and execution of our projects. She thoughtfully weaves her international perspective, entrepreneurial mindset, and life experiences into every space she helps design.
Rachel’s dedication, versatility, and refined design sensibility make her an invaluable leader within the Morphe home staging and design team and a key contributor to the elevated, seamless experience our clients have come to expect.
Lauren/Staging & Design Coordinator
Meet Lauren, our Staging & Design Coordinator at Morphe Home Staging & Design. Lauren is a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to installation while also contributing creatively to the design vision behind each space. Her ability to balance structure with creativity helps keep our team organized, efficient, and consistently delivering high-quality results for our clients.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, Lauren brings a thoughtful and people-centered approach to her work. She has a natural ability to anticipate client needs, understand how people experience a space, and help shape environments that feel both functional and emotionally inviting. This unique perspective allows her to support not only the logistical side of our projects, but also the subtle details that make a home feel truly welcoming.
Outside of Morphe, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their four wonderful children, and their two dogs, Lola and Max. Her dedication to family, strong work ethic, and passion for design make her a valued member of the Morphe team and a key contributor to the elevated experience we strive to provide every client.
Jenny/Staging Assistant
Meet Jenny, our talented Staging Assistant at Morphe Home Staging & Design. With a creative spirit and a keen eye for detail, Jenny plays an essential role in bringing each space to life.
Her background as a skilled silversmith adds a unique dimension to her work. Trained in an art that demands patience, precision, and an appreciation for balance and form, Jenny brings that same level of craftsmanship and artistry into every home. Whether she’s adjusting the placement of décor or adding the finishing touches to a room, her work reflects a careful blend of creativity and technical skill.

Rachel S./Virtual Assistant
Meet Rachel, with eight years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and content creation, she brings a strategic and creative edge to Morphe Home Staging & Design’s online presence. She manages our social media engagement and content marketing—crafting posts, coordinating visuals, and building meaningful connections that highlight Morphe’s design expertise and project portfolio.
Her background in brand strategy, lead generation, and multimedia production allows her to create cohesive, visually engaging content that reflects Morphe’s elevated aesthetic.
